MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Vonne Group AI Method

By creating an account and accessing The Vonne Group AI Method you enter into this Membership Agreement with The Vonne Group LLC. This agreement is in addition to and incorporated into the Terms of Service.

I understand and agree to the following:

  1. I am purchasing access to an educational program only. Nothing in this program constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
  2. All content in this program is the proprietary intellectual property of Davonne Reaves and The Vonne Group LLC. I will not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any program content.
  3. I will not use this program or its content to create competing products, services, programs, or AI tools.
  4. I will not share my login credentials with any other person. My account is for my personal use only.
  5. I understand that real estate investing involves risk and that results are not guaranteed. I am solely responsible for my own investment decisions.
  6. I have read and agree to the full Terms of Service available at thevonnegroup.com/terms.
  7. I understand that violation of this agreement will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
  8. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age.
  9. I confirm that the information I provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
  10. I agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.

BY CHECKING THE BOX AND CREATING MY ACCOUNT I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

This agreement is electronically signed and legally binding. Your name, email address, IP address, and the date and time of your agreement are recorded in our secure database as proof of acceptance.
